We are increasing our investment budget.
In 2018, we made our first investment in the startup company SmoothSys, and since then we have continued to develop our holdings through several exciting acquisitions. Currently, we have 8 companies in our portfolio, with the latest acquisition being made in Gottlery, which just graduated from our incubator.
As we receive more inquiries and thus initiate more investment discussions, we have chosen to expand our investment budget. This will allow us to target more interesting startup companies - not least through our newly established subsidiary, Yuncture Food & Retail, where we invest in sectors such as FoodTech and retail alongside industry veteran Mats Bejmyr.
In connection with this, we have also updated our investment criteria for Yuncture Invest. For the sake of simplicity, we have chosen to divide our criteria into two different scenarios - companies in an early stage, and companies in early growth. The former is aimed at companies with a maximum valuation of 10 million SEK, while the latter scenario is aimed at companies with a 30 million SEK valuation. We invest a maximum of 1 million SEK in an initial stage but are interested in the possibility of reinvesting in future investment rounds.
You will find our investment form at the bottom of the page.this pageI apologize, but there is no text provided for translation. Please provide the text you would like me to translate from Swedish to English.
