Stefan Kinell is one of the mentors in Yunctures' incubator.
Stefan Kinell, who has worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years as an employee at Volvo Cars and Polestar, is one of the mentors in Yuncture's network. In the current program, Stefan, along with Yuncture Invest's chairman Anna Langenius, mentors the startup company LexEnergy. At the beginning of the year, he started his own business and today he works with strategic consulting in marketing, organizational changes, and e-mobility, as well as delivering mapping services to companies, authorities, and sports events.
Stefan has expertise in global marketing, product ownership, and innovation within these areas. He has initiated several successful departments and businesses, and enjoys working with strategic issues, preferably in a customer-oriented field.
Here are Stefan's best tips for a startup entrepreneur:
- Think about the customer. Why does the customer want to choose your product? What problem does it solve for the customer? If the customer is not present in the discussions about one's product, there is a risk of ending up with a product that no one wants.
Give us a fun fact about yourself:
- I have a tendency to immerse myself in anything I engage in. Whether it's sports, music, or food and wine. But I'll take one from the latter category: In the port wine section of my cellar, there is already a vintage port that will be enjoyed at Christmas when I turn 85.
