Josefin participated in our incubator program during 2022 and now she is looking forward to a new time at Yuncture House.

- I look forward to an entrepreneurial environment at Yuncture House where we create conditions to contribute to each other's work environment through great energy and exchange of both skills and experiences. I am of course super excited about the autumn with the rest of the group!

To give you the chance to get to know Josefin better, we have asked her a couple of questions.

What are your interests?

- I love nature, flea market rounds, and enjoy our new house in the countryside outside Varberg. Freedom drives me in everything I do!

Considering that you coach and inspire others, would you like to share a moment where you have dared to challenge yourself?

- Last autumn, I applied for a program for speakers and coaches. It felt completely right, but at the same time, a big challenge to write the application. I was accepted and it turned out to give me ten new industry colleagues who are now my friends. It's incredible how important it is to challenge oneself - and for me, it's about constantly daring to take the next step to continue to develop.

Do you have any tips for another entrepreneur who needs and wants to prioritize recovery?

- My best insight when it comes to recovery is that we already have everything we need with us. In our bodies! Try taking a minute and actually FEEL the contact with the surface. Take another minute to NOTICE (without changing) the breath. And another minute to actually notice where you ARE. What you SEE. It will help you create presence, which is the most important thing we can do, but also something most people I meet struggle with.
