Niklas is an educated business economist with over 10 years of experience in sales and business development. Niklas is the founder and co-owner of two companies, Oddwork, which operates in recruitment and employer branding, and Life Inside, a rapidly growing SaaS company that provides a video platform for employee videos on career sites. In both companies, he works operationally as Head of Business Development primarily towards the companies' enterprise clients such as If Skadeförsäkring, Volvo Cars, Saab, and Electrolux.

- Focus on sales! Sell version 1.0 before building version 2.0. Customers understand that a product/service can be developed over time, but without customers, one won't go far.
What should one absolutely not do at a sales meeting?
- Arriving late and never talking about the weather and/or politics.
