Our Digital World

With increased digitalization of society, those who never or rarely use the internet risk becoming isolated and ending up in digital exclusion. According to the Internet Foundation, this applies to about 1 million Swedes, with the largest proportion being individuals from the older generation.

Our Digital World works to create a simpler, safer, and more integrated everyday life for individuals who lack, or have limited knowledge, about the digital world. With the help of an instruction book, lectures, and education, they assist individuals in growing every day.

Caisa

Imagine having a robot friend who helps you keep track of your property so that it becomes smarter and saves money for you as a property owner. This becomes possible with the help of Caisa!

Caisa is a complete solution for controlling all types of buildings and homes. With the latest AI technology, Caisa's system can optimize energy consumption and air quality in all buildings, which can generate savings of up to 70% on energy costs. The solution also includes a lock, alarm, and security system, as well as a smart lighting system. One can say that Caisa functions as a magical brain that controls different parts of the building. Caisa pays for itself almost immediately, and afterwards, there is only money and the environment to save.

Different

Differentwants to change food traditions and habits so that they become more sustainable for the environment and do not contribute to suffering for either animals or humans. They want to make it possible for everyone to choose a plant-based alternative while still enjoying delicious food. Therefore, Olik has developed a range of vegan cheeses that fit well on both a luxurious cheese platter and on a sandwich or in cooking.

In the assortment, there are currently three cheeses: flavorful, smoked, and apricot and red onion, all developed with taste in focus. The cheeses are currently available to find in selected stores.

Unsure of context, but "Norgald" remains the same in both Swedish and English.

Norgalddevelops Elvira, a software tool for threat modeling and vulnerability analysis for critical infrastructure. The company's goal is to streamline and facilitate the analysis of cyber-physical systems to increase resilience against cyber attacks. Norgald is a research-based startup from the University of Skövde and Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship that initially focuses on the energy sector.

Lumi Labs

Lumi Labsis an ed-tech company that aims to give confidence to people by using AI to create personalized and engaging experiences. Based on the latest AI and VR technology, Lumi Labs creates the world's first conversation-based language learning tool - LingoLooper. We take you on a virtual adventure where you learn to speak your dream language through realistic, oral interactions with AI avatars, so you can play yourself from the first word to fluency!

Tenutec

Tenutecdevelops graphene to increase the conductivity of Thermal Interface Material and a graphene film that can replace current heat sinks. The result is an upgraded cooling system with conductivity that extends the lifespan of electronics and makes it faster. This is made possible through the company's new, patented production method where Tenutec can produce high-quality graphene without harming the environment.

JJ's fishing and fishery conservation

Johannes is a self-employed entrepreneur and operates within two business areas where fish is the common theme. He is involved in both fishing guiding and fish conservation. Yes, you read that right! Fish conservation, not healthcare as we have previously seen in the incubator.

In the summer, Johannes works as a fishing guide at a camp in Norrland. They offer both simpler day guides and more exclusive guides with all-inclusive packages. In addition to that, he works as a consultant in various projects to save endangered water species and strengthen fish populations - but also to restore habitats and promote biodiversity in watercourses and wetlands that have been exploited by humans.

SCALINQ is developing innovative hardware to accelerate the development of quantum computers.
