Gottlery about the relaunch and time in the incubator

A ship is coming loaded, with what? Edible biscuit spoons of course! Tilda and Gottlery are one of the companies that have been in our incubator during the spring, and a lot of exciting things have happened. Not least if you look at the enormous delivery of new biscuit spoons that has just landed at Yuncture's premises. Together with her intern, Maria, Tilda has been busy planning for the relaunch of Gottlery's edible biscuit spoons during the incubator period. And now the time has finally come for the spoons to make their entrance on the market!

Tell me more about Gottlery's journey and relaunch.

- The company was founded as recently as 2020 and a lot has happened since we launched the very first spoon. It was a clumsy and thick spoon where the flavors didn't sit like they do today. Since then, we have worked on developing both design and taste to create a really good product. With the relaunch, we have a new producer and as a result, the spoons have gained better durability, a sleeker design, and a wider range of flavors. The new factory also has a higher capacity, allowing us to sell the product in larger quantities than before.

How have you experienced your time in the Yunctures incubator?

- It has been a very educational time. I have received invaluable advice from my advisors who have challenged me to think in completely new perspectives. It has also been very useful to be surrounded by other entrepreneurs who share the same passion for entrepreneurship and to be able to bounce business development ideas with them.

What does the future look like for Gottlery?

- Right now we are in the middle of the launch where we are working on distributing the spoons to various retailers in Sweden. After that, we hope to expand into Europe!
